Pre Sale Questions

You can refer to our size chart for measurements which are ready garment measurements which usually is one size (2 inches) bigger than the body measurements.

Shipping Questions

Shipping inside India is free of cost. We use reliable courier companies like BlueDart and DTDC to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We offer free shipping on orders within India. In case of Cash on Delivery, there is an collection fee of Rs.50.

We ship orders in some Regions internationally. Please get in touch with our customer service for additional information.

Return Questions

We have 15 days return and exchange policy, which gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from chachasclothing.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
