RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Chacha’s, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if, at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
We have 15 days return and exchange policy, which gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from chachasclothing.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
All product tags intact and in their original packaging
The product must be unused
Products must be in an unwashed and in an undamaged condition
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns and exchanges are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Create a 'Return Request' under the “My Orders” section of the Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing an order.
Yo raise a return request please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your request. Kindly share the Order id, product name, and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.:- +91-9703070325
We have 15 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:
Only size exchanges are allowed.
Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately
